Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete and model. At the age of 16, she started participating in fitness contests following her decision to quit gymnastics. Her Pro Card was awarded a year later at the age of 17 years of age. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant Model, model, and a sponsored athlete. When she was 16, she began taking part in fitness events after she quit gymnastics. In just one year she was granted her professional card when she was 17. She became one of the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from performing after earning her pro card to pursue her education. She came back in 2015 and continued from the point where she had left competing in top competitions such as that of the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. After her first show for a few years and set higher goals every year. In 2009 she was the winner of several fitness awards. Additionally, her 2009. NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pros ever. Ariel was on a break for a while after earning her Pro card in order to earn her degree from college. She made a comeback in the month of October, 2015 when she made her debut IFBB Fitness Pro at The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. They placed her third at the event. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified for the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage three months later taking sixth place at the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectation prior to that and was happy with her performance. Ariel competed with some of the world's elite athletes. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to exercise is the back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of lat pulldowns with a single arm and pullups using a machine, along with bent-over rows. She will warm up prior to working on the sets. Ariel also likes to make use of every minute. The routine she does for her back comprises three or more supersets comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
